Testing Evaluation and Research International LLC (TER) Purchases International Marine Consulting Associates (IMCA)

Shelton, CT – December 31, 2016:  Today, Testing Evaluation and Research International LLC (TER), an affiliate of CED Technologies Inc., purchased International Marine Consulting Associates (IMCA), a Florida marine consulting company with clients worldwide.  TER/CED has been providing forensic engineering and marine consulting for over 30 years with such studies as propeller strikes, boat design and forensic investigations.  IMCA, a leader in the maritime industry since 1994, provides a full spectrum of marine consulting, from boat design and materials to forensic investigations.  “The addition of IMCA with its vast experience, knowledge and reputation in the maritime industry will allow TER and CED to continue to strengthen our service offering and areas of expertise.” Stated Jeff Richard Chief Executive Officer of TER.  Along with the IMCA clientele, TER will continue to utilize IMCA’s consulting base and expertise to expand the areas of expertise which TER and CED currently employ.  The transaction conducted was in exchange for assets, trade names and other business functions.
